Question the program price
Start with the whole bill.
A price needs a clear description of what it pays for. Start there, before comparing offers.
The myth
There is an official epitalon price that tells me whether an offer is fairly priced.
Where the promise meets evidence
No approved epitalon product exists as of September 28, 2026. There is therefore no official price from a maker or the government.

Ask what each charge covers
Request a written breakdown. What is the visit charge? Are any tests included? Is medicine a separate charge? Ask what would be charged if the doctor does not offer treatment.
Then ask about follow-up visits and messages. Which are included? Which would add to the bill? Keep the reply with the quoted price.
Ask what happens after the first payment
Is this a charge for one visit or a membership that charges you again? When would the next charge happen? Is the quoted price just for the start? Ask for the regular price in writing.
Read the cancellation and refund terms before paying. Ask how to stop future charges. Ask whether anything already paid would be returned.
Keep price and evidence separate
The lack of an approved epitalon product is still the starting point, as of September 28, 2026.
A clear bill helps you understand an offer. Ask about human evidence and possible harm before treating price as the deciding factor.
For the cost of a medical visit about sleep or another concern, ask the clinic or your insurance plan about that visit itself.
